1. Is my lot on the water & sewer systems?
To determine this, click on the Lot Status tab, where you'll find a list of lots that are currently adjacent to the water & sewer system, so are eligible for a tap now.

2. How do I get a tap?
Contact the appropriate Board member listed under the Contacts tab. You will need to fill out an application form and pay the tap fee to get an approval. Further instructions are found in the Rules & Regs tab, under Service Taps.
